Single visitors
When a user visits the Stileex Services, we collect certain information that their web browser sends to us such as their location, language, etc. This data is not personal and is anonymized by our audience measurement service Google Analytics. We only use this data to know the interests of our users and to offer them both improved content and experience of our services. You can view Google’s privacy policies and terms of use here. No other data is collected by Stileex.xyz during a user visit.
Commentators
When a user comments on content on a Stileex Service, we ask him to enter his name or pseudonym, his email address and possibly his website. The user’s IP address is also automatically registered. The name or pseudonym and the possible website are then published on our services with its comment. However, its email address and IP address are neither communicated nor shared, and allow us to identify commenters, to contact them if they made the request in their comments and to protect us from unwanted comments. The collection of the IP address is also a legal obligation.
An anonymized channel created from the commenter’s email address can optionally be sent to the Gravatar service to check if the user has published a profile picture, which if it exists will be published in the light of his comment. You can find Gravatar’s privacy policy here.
Contact forms and other forms
Stileex Services may collect personal data via the forms published on its media. The information collected depends on the purpose of the form and is clearly indicated on the latter. This could be, for example, identity information like first and last name, contact information like phone number and email address and other more specific information like age for contests. Users are free to complete these forms or not. The data collected is not disclosed to third parties and is deleted after a retention period of one year.
Media
Users who upload images and other media to the Stileex Services must first check that these media do not contain information that they would not want to disclose such as EXIF data of GPS coordinates for photos, for example. The media shared by users are generally publicly accessible on the Internet via the Stileex Services.
Cookies
The Stileex Services use cookies to ensure an optimal user experience. Thus, when a user visits Stileex.xyz a cookie is placed on his computer by our audience measurement service Google Analytics. This cookie allows us to determine what our users like and their viewing habits. This allows us to improve our content and better satisfy our audience. The Google Analytics cookie has a lifespan of 30 days.

Stileex Marketplace Customers
Users making purchases in the Stileex Marketplace must send certain personal data in order to be able to process their orders. Thus, Marketplace customers are asked to provide their first and last name, address, phone number, email address and possibly the name of their company. These data are used only in the context of processing their order. We keep this information for 10 years or less if the user requests its deletion. Certain personal data of customers may be shared with sellers in the Marketplace, in particular so that they can deliver orders.
Stileex Marketplace Sellers
When registering a user as a seller of the Stileex Marketplace, we collect their classic personal information such as their first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, but also information about their company and the method of payment he wants us to use to pay him his winnings. This data is kept as long as the user sells his products or services in the Stileex Marketplace and can be deleted at any time if the user requests the closure of his account. Certain data of the seller may be made public so that the customer can identify it and possibly contact him (company name, address, telephone number, etc.).
Stileex Chat Users
Any user wishing to go to Stileex Chat must communicate a valid email address. This is the only information required to use this service. This email address allows us to identify each user and prevent abuse. This email address is not made public and can be deleted at any time if the user closes his account.
