How the bill is computed
The monthly bill adds the consumption (the m³ at the category and bracket price) and the meter's fixed monthly charge. For a household, the first bracket applies under 10 m³ per month.

A household using 8 m³ in the month, on a 15 meter: 8 m³ × 415 Ar = 3,320 Ar of consumption, plus the 3,770 Ar fixed charge.
